This opportunity is for an Interim Oncology Pharmacy Supervisor to lead pharmacy operations in an Oncology Infusion Center. The role involves supervision of a dedicated team and management of pharmacy processes to ensure optimal patient care and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations within the Oncology Infusion Center
- Supervise a team of 6 full-time employees, including 3 pharmacists and 3 pharmacy technicians
- Act as the Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Pharmacy to align on operational goals and quality standards
Qualifications
- Active California Pharmacist License is mandatory
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a pharmacist, specifically with oncology infusion practice
- Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) credentials preferred
- Proven leadership and operational management capability in a pharmacy setting
- Strong knowledge of USP standards and oncology infusion workflows
